At Veztra, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product is in its original condition without damage or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Requests raised after the 7-day return window

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product or opt for a refund as per our policy
  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • In such cases, Veztra will arrange or reimburse return shipping as applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images at support@veztra.in. We will resolve the issue promptly.
